All pre-orders are carefully handcrafted and customized, requiring a processing time of 7-16 business days (excluding weekends). If you are unable to wait, please do not proceed with your order because you will not be refunded. Orders are sent to vendor as soon as an order is placed.
*Production Timeframe:*
- 7-16 business days (Monday to Friday) for production and customization
- Excludes weekends and holidays
- Orders are processed in the order they are received
*Rush Orders:*
- If you need your order within a shorter timeframe, please place your order at least two weeks prior to your event
*Please Note:*
- We cannot expedite production or shipping for pre-orders
- Cancellations or changes to pre-orders are not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order

Once Shipped most domestic orders can take anywhere from 1-4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local post office.
